  • We make no warranties that AI-generated content is original or doesn't inadvertently reference existing works.

Third-party content

  • You must not input content that infringes others' intellectual property rights.
  • When discussing heritage collections or exhibitions, ensure you have appropriate permissions for any detailed descriptions.

Our intellectual property

  • The Service software, design, and documentation remain our intellectual property.
  • The Service software will be released on launch as open-source under a specific licence and made available on GitHub.
  • Our trademarks and branding remain our exclusive property.

Service availability

Service availability

Service modifications
• We may modify features with 14 days' notice for significant changes.

Account suspension and termination

Your right to terminate

  • You may delete your account at any time through your settings page.
  • Account deletion will permanently remove all your data from our systems.
  • Once an account is deleted there is no way to retrieve any data created by that account.
  • Anonymised insights you've contributed to the community knowledge base may remain.
  • You can request a copy of your data before deletion.

Effect of termination

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
  • Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
